Powerline tool for Windows

With this software you can change the default communication channel of your Niko 2-wire IP digital access control system. This is only recommended if you have powerline devices in your home (such as Wi-Fi network adapters) and your access control system is not working properly even after resetting and upgrading. Typical issues that can be resolved by using the Powerline tool include the following:

• The access control system fails after a power outage, while before it was working correctly
• The internal video unit shows the following error message: “no external video unit detected”
• The internal video unit does no longer receive the incoming calls

Please note: You have to repeat the process in the Powerline tool when you replace or add units, as the complete access control system must communicate on the same channel.
