Niko Home Control apps - My tablet doesn’t support Access Control in the Niko Home app.

Combined with touchscreen 3 (or a smartphone or tablet) as an internal video unit, access control can be integrated into a Niko Home Control installation via the external video unit.

If you want to receive incoming calls via the Niko Home app on a tablet, contact your tablet vendor to ensure that your tablet meets the following minimum requirements:

  • It has speakers and a microphone.
  • It supports telephony.
  • In case of an Android device, it operates on version 9 or higher.

Please note: we recommend providing at least one touchscreen 3 on top of the smartphones and/or tablets, because a wired device is always more reliable than a mobile one.
