Splashproof blind plate, black

This blind plate is mounted directly onto a splashproof mounting box and made of ABS. It is used to cleanly close off connection points for later system expansions or to install non-standard functions. Finishing colour: black.

Splashproof blind plate, black. Protection lid: Each socket outlet is covered entirely by a hinged protection cap which opens upward. A spring and a hook-fastener keep the protection cap tightly closed.

• Colour: The base material is mass-dyed, black (RAL 9005)
• Sealing: The cover has an integral closure and is hermetically sealed onto the appropriate box.
• Material finishing: The blind plate is made of impact-resistant, dust-resistant, halogen-free and self-extinguishing polypropylene (UL94-V2/1.6 mm). The blind plate itself is made of rigid ABS
• Surface-mounting box: The function is designed to be mounted in a splashproof mounting box. The function has an integral closure and is hermetically sealed onto the appropriate box (to be ordered separately).
• Chemical resistance: tested and approved for use in environments with ammonia levels up to 20 ppm
• Ambient temperature: -25 – +55 °C
• Protection degree: See protection degree of the mounted function
• Impact resistance: The combination of a Hydro mechanism and a flush- or surface-mounting box has an impact resistance of IK07 with a minimum temperature of -25 °C and a maximum temperature of 55 °C
• Marking: CE
