Modular telephone interface
This telephone interface is designed to connect the Niko access control installation to the telephone network via the a/b connection of analogue or ISDN telephone exchanges. The power supply voltage is provided via the P-wire of the installation. This module is equipped with a potential-free input contact and a relay output with programmable switching time. A maximum of 64 numbers can be programmed in the memory of the telephone interface. In case more numbers are required, more telephone interfaces can be connected in parallel (up to 64).

With this modular interface, you can connect an access control system to the telephone network. This device has the following functions, among others: parallel switching of up to 64 telephone interfaces, call memory for 64 call numbers, control of door opener relay and light relay, control of a maximum of 10 bus relays, relay output with programmable switching times, etc.

The solid unit for surface mounting, which is completely finished in up to 7 mm thick aluminium, is equipped with a built-in colour camera, an adjustable microphone and loudspeaker and text fields for personalisation provided with vandal-proof plexiglas (5 mm thick). The colour camera is equipped with infrared LEDs for a better visibility at night. The maintenance-free, gold-plated push-button contacts guarantee a long lifespan. The unit for surface mounting has two columns of bell push buttons, and is therefore suitable for large housing complexes. This device is available with maximum 88 bell push buttons by means of the extension modules. The extension module has the same finish as the external unit. Since the module is opened at the bottom, it has to be mounted sidelong on the external unit.

The ultraflat unit for flush mounting, which is completely finished with an aluminium front plate (3 mm thick), is equipped with a built-in colour camera, an adjustable microphone and loudspeaker and text fields for personalisation provided with vandal-proof plexiglas (5 mm thick). The maintenance-free, gold-plated push-button contacts guarantee a long lifespan.
