Niko Home Control II - Why won’t the Digital black click into the mounting bracket?

• The safety screw at the bottom of the display may be blocking the clicking mechanism.
  Please verify that the safety screw has been screwed tightly in the UNLOCK position (see step d in the manual, but turn the screw completely to the right (fully in) to make it possible to mount the display before locking it by turning to the left (max 4 turns)).
  
  
• The Digital black has not been lowered correctly onto the two protruding supports at the top of the mounting bracket (see step c in the manual). Please try lowering the Digital black again onto the protruding supports.
  The Digital black should click easily into the mounting bracket.
  Don’t try to force it or you might damage the connection pins at the back of the Digital black.
