You need a wireless smart hub and at least one connected control.
Do you want to be able to control the installation with the Niko Home app? Then make sure to register the installation on https://mynikohomecontrol.niko.eu.
Do you want to configure, upload and control the installation in your home? That's possible without an internet connection.
Do you want to control the installation remotely? Then you need an internet connection.


Please note: When connecting for the very first time, an internet connection is necessary to complete the registration, afterwards you can connect to the home app locally.
